Before ZenOne, the team struggled with messy and time-consuming ordering from 10–18 different vendors. Managing supplies took up to 2–3 hours per order. The onboarding process started when ZenOne was still new — but thanks to hands-on support, the transition was smooth and effective.

What was the process like for getting started with ZenOne?
We signed up when ZenOne was just getting started, so Tiger came to our office 5-6 times, helped on board and answered all questions. But honestly, I don’t think he needed to do that!
What was the final result after you started using ZenOne?
With Zen I have all my products, from 10-15 different vendors all in one place. So the ordering takes 15-20 min each time. For the size of our office it took me 2-3 hours before Zen.
