This September didn’t disappoint!

What a month! September was packed with exciting updates, community events, and meaningful conversations with our members.

We kicked things off with improvements to the ZenOne platform — most notably, the long-awaited launch of Free Goods and Specials, giving our members a one-stop place to see all supplier promos.

But September wasn’t just about the platform; it was also about people.

At AADOM, I had the chance to reconnect with Linda and Julie from Apex Dental Studio. Their practice recently doubled capacity by adding the second half to their space — a huge milestone! We’re also due for another podcast recording with Dr. Andy Tran to talk about his growth story. Stay tuned for that one.

Then came the Pediatric Growth Summit hosted by Malika and Minal. It was a well-organized event, full of great speakers and an incredible pediatric community. In true Texas-style Zen fashion, we raffled off a Yeti cooler — congrats to the amazing doctor who won it!

The month wrapped up with Pathway to Practice Management, which we pulled off back-to-back thanks to the help of my friend and business partner, Dr. Scott Goldman.

And a personal note of gratitude: my wife gets the credit for reminding me to bring our family cart. It turned out to be the MVP of the conference, helping us move everything around with ease!
