The Challenge
Before using ZenOne, Ayrat Yunusov’s dental practice faced a chaotic and time-consuming supply ordering process. What was the problem before ZenOne?
So before then, we were ordering directly from the supply companies, and that required a lot of labor intensive work, because every time you need to order something as simple as whatever the cotton palettes or something, you go in, log in, check, and then you know they would have certain products you want to check with other products available.
So kind of like being able to see everything, you’ll have to log in, you’ll have to open your browser and log into each supply company and check stuff. And if there’s something more expensive stuff, of course, you want to shop around, and you want to make sure you’re getting the best deal, and then knowing that some will ship faster than others, some will have shipping costs and everything, so that the comparison wasn’t that easy before then, And also just accessibility to all the products to through all the supply companies that we work with on the same view, on the same screen. It wasn’t existing.
What was your initial reaction when you found ZenOne?
When I learned about Zen, I thought the idea was pretty cool. Like, I thought I wanted to try. So there’s, there’s nothing like it makes sense. So, yeah, so that was my reaction, just I wanted to try it.
What was the process like for getting started with ZenOne?
So it’s very intuitive. So it’s plug and play. You would sign up, and almost instantly you have the access. You log in all your as you normally would log in with your supply companies. You log in once, and everything’s saved automatically, and you start shopping. There’s like, it’s like, spreadsheet on steroids kind of thing. It’s you just start searching, and we’ll show all your searches, and you can order right from there. So the process was pretty easy.
What was the final result after you started using ZenOne?
So what I like about Zen that I don’t have to think about Zen, and I think that’s the value of the companies that we collaborate with, we partner with. That’s the importance, because now running a dental practice, you have to be always on top of things in terms of treatment plans, patients, things like that. So you don’t want to think of ordering supplies. So this is the greatest value. I don’t have to think about this. So I completely delegate it to our main lead assistant. And, you know, I don’t, I rarely log in.
I think that’s the value for me. So I know everything is ordered. We’re getting always the best price. And, yeah, it’s all in the same platform. And then if I need to check something, I always can go in and check easily.
