The Challenge

This dental office faced constant frustration trying to find the right products at the best prices across multiple vendors. The process was time-consuming, unstructured, and especially difficult when managing supplies in the sterile area. Without a clear system in place, inventory was hard to track, and ordering was inefficient and inconsistent.

What was the problem before ZenOne?

So, the one problem, the biggest problem that we had was shopping around and trying to basically find one price that meet our needs as well as finding the products that we wanted. And it was kind of like hard looking for parts because there were so many different vendors that you had to go through and sift through to basically find the right one. So it was basically very challenging finding the best price and the vendor that you want to work with. So it was hard to manage it.

What was your initial reaction when you found ZenOne?

Well, I had my doubts, to be honest with you. Initially, I was very doubtful. I wanted to kind of try them out, see how it works. I wanted to see how they organize and help me organize my sterile. And they went above and beyond by creating QR codes that it makes basically ordering seamless and simple for them to be able to do what they need to do.

What was the process like for getting started with ZenOne?

The process, I would say, was easy. It was very quick. He is very personable. He actually first-hand answered all my questions. He came here. He helped me set up my sterile. He did so many things that I didn’t even honestly expect. So there were things that he did that I actually didn’t expect for him to be doing it. As much help as he put in to help organize my sterile, I was beyond happy.

What was the final result after you started using ZenOne?

 It is amazing. I mean, I know that it sounds cliché, but it really is great because it organizes things. It creates systems for DAs to order the material that they need. And when it’s seamless, when it’s easy for DAs to follow through and they’re ordering the same material and you actually know how much you saved when you go to the portal and see, okay, these are the items I ordered.  This is how much I saved. And not just that. Creating systems as well as saving money. I think it’s a no-brainer for all the offices to be able to be using their services for everything that they use in sterile. I really recommend them. I can’t say enough about them. I wish I would have used them earlier.
