Our pricing is transparent and listed on the pricing page. We offer three straightforward plans, and you’re free to choose what works best for your practice – no long-term commitments required.

Large national distributors such as Henry Schein, Patterson, Benco, Darby, and others do not pay ZenOne any commissions at all.
Direct manufacturers (like Bisco, Bioclear, Garrison, etc.) also do not pay us anything beyond standard credit card processing fees.
This structure allows us to keep membership pricing low (we’ve reduced it from $199 → $129 → now $99/month) while keeping our incentives aligned with your practice – not any single supplier.

That’s okay. ZenOne works with a growing network of suppliers, and we’re adding new ones all the time. If a supplier you use isn’t listed yet, let us know – we’ll work to bring them onto the platform or help you find the closest alternative.

ZenOne keeps all your orders, invoices, and shipping details in one place. Every purchase is automatically tracked, so you can see what was ordered, from whom, at what price, and when it’s arriving – without digging through emails or paper invoices.
This gives your team better visibility, cleaner records for bookkeeping, and a reliable history you can use to review spend, manage inventory, and make smarter purchasing decisions.

Yes. ZenOne is month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time. No long-term contracts, no penalties, and no hard feelings.

Yes, and we’re being very intentional about how we build them. We’re working on what we believe will be the best rewards program in dental, one that actually benefits the practice instead of creating handcuffs or pushing you to buy things you don’t need.
Our goal is simple: rewards that give real value, more flexibility, and full transparency—without forcing loyalty to a single vendor or locking you into purchasing behavior that doesn’t serve your patients or your business.

You can build your cart across multiple suppliers in one place. When you check out, payments are processed in two ways:
Partner vendors: You pay directly through ZenOne using Stripe, and you’ll receive a single, itemized receipt for those orders.
All other vendors: Orders are submitted through ZenOne, but you’re billed directly by the supplier – just like you do today.
In both cases, your team gets one seamless ordering experience, while your accounting stays clean and organized.
Will using ZenOne affect my shipping times?

Not at all. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by the distributors themselves, so you get the same shipping speed and reliability you’re used to.
Will I still get free shipping if I order through ZenOne?

Yes. If the supplier offers free shipping based on order size or promotions, you’ll still qualify. ZenOne doesn’t interfere with those policies.
Can I view pricing from suppliers before connecting with them?

Yes, with some conditions:
Partner vendors: You’ll see pricing as soon as you create your ZenOne account – no setup required.All other vendors: You’ll see your specific pricing only after ZenOne connects to your supplier account using your login credentials.
Even before full connection, ZenOne provides tools to help you analyze market trends and identify which suppliers may have the lowest price for specific items at any given time.
Are prices in ZenOne updated in real time?

That’s our goal and we’re working hard to get the entire industry there. Our vision is for prices and stock levels to be updated and fully synced in real time with every supplier and manufacturer that sells direct.
Today, about 80% of the products you order daily are updated at least once per day. The remaining 20% – the more stubborn crowd – are slowly seeing the value and coming onboard.
Quick note: if you ever purchase a product and the price isn’t accurate, suppliers will almost always honor it on a one-time basis.

Absolutely. If you have negotiated pricing with a supplier, we can load it into your account so that ZenOne reflects your actual costs.

Yes. You can set user permissions for ordering, viewing budgets, managing inventory, and more. So each team member sees only what they need.

Nope, we do that for you. Just let us know which suppliers you use, and we’ll make sure your team has access to the right catalogs.

Yes. In many cases, ZenOne can connect you with new suppliers or enable guest checkout – so you can access more products without setting up new accounts yourself.
