We don’t charge based on:

  • how much you order

What’s the difference between inventory Lite and inventory Full?

Lite is designed for faster reordering based on your purchase history.

Full gives you complete inventory management, including stock tracking, par levels, predictive ordering, QR/mobile counts, and budget controls.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can start with the plan that fits your practice today and move to a higher tier as your needs grow.

For example, you can begin with Inventory Lite in ZenOrdering and upgrade to Inventory Full when you need quantities on hand, QR inventory updates, par levels, running-low alerts, and more advanced controls.

You don’t have to pay for tools before your team is ready to use them.

What is the ZenOne partner vendor network?

The ZenOne partner vendor network is a group of trusted suppliers available through ZenOne, often with preferred pricing normally reserved for DSOs and larger groups.

Zen Savings gives you access to partner vendors and lets you compare pricing within that network. ZenOrdering and ZenInventory expand your access to all available vendors and price comparisons across them.

It’s a simple way to start saving while keeping the flexibility to expand as your practice grows.

Is setup included?

It depends on the plan.

Zen Savings includes Self Setup at no additional cost, with inventory checklists, vendor connections, team invites, help articles, support, and a complimentary training call.

ZenOrdering also includes Self Setup. Guided Setup is optional for a one-time $999 fee and includes vendor setup, team training, permissions, approval workflows, formulary guidance, and a review of your spend and savings.

ZenInventory requires Hands-On Setup for a one-time $1,999 fee. It includes everything in Guided Setup, plus a video review of your supply areas, storage recommendations, par-level guidance, role mapping, and a follow-up optimization session.

You can choose the plan – and level of support – that fits how your practice wants to get started.

Can I mix plans across locations?

ZenOne supports multi-location setups on every plan, with pricing for additional locations based on the selected tier.
