What about payments and suppliers?

ZenOne supports payments with select partner vendors. For all other suppliers, ZenOne still provides full visibility, comparison, and inventory management.

You are never required to change suppliers or payment workflows to use ZenOne.

ZenOne is designed to give you control, not force change.

What about my rep relationships?

ZenOne does not replace supplier relationships.

Many practices continue working with their existing reps while using ZenOne to:

  • verify pricing
  • standardize ordering
  • track usage and spend

ZenOne gives practices information and leverage – how you use it is up to you.

Do I have to switch suppliers?

No. ZenOne doesn’t require you to switch suppliers. You can keep ordering from the vendors and reps you already trust while using ZenOne as your single place to manage ordering, pricing, and inventory.

ZenOne simply brings everything together, so you get more visibility, better control, and the flexibility to add new suppliers only when it makes sense for your practice.

How long does setup take?

Most practices are up and running the same day. You can create an account (7-15 minutes), explore suppliers and connect your vendors (another 30 minutes), and place orders right away.

If you choose a more hands-on onboarding experience, setup can take a bit longer depending on your goals – such as pricing reviews, building a custom formulary, or organizing inventory workflows. We move at your pace and focus on getting real value quickly.

What if my supplier isn’t listed?

That’s okay. ZenOne works with a growing network of suppliers, and we’re adding new ones all the time. If a supplier you use isn’t listed yet, let us know—we’ll work to bring them onto the platform or help you find the closest alternative.

Our goal is to support how you already buy, while gradually giving you more options, better visibility, and stronger pricing over time.

How do invoices and tracking work?

ZenOne keeps all your orders, invoices, and shipping details in one place. Every purchase is automatically tracked, so you can see what was ordered, from whom, at what price, and when it’s arriving – without digging through emails or paper invoices.

This gives your team better visibility, cleaner records for bookkeeping, and a reliable history you can use to review spend, manage inventory, and make smarter purchasing decisions.
