August Member Visits. New feedback!

Last week of August, Kirill and I made a trip to the Bay Area to visit a few of our members. As always, it’s great to sit down, chat, learn, and ask for feedback. We’re fortunate to have members who are forward-thinking and full of ideas—our job is simply to show up, listen, and write things down.

Here are a few ideas that came out of those conversations and are worth exploring:

• Integrations with Practice Management systems, Accounting systems, and more
  
• Improving invoicing and payments
  
• Integration with Amazon and eBay
  
• Involving accountants in the process
  
• Simplifying returns
  
• Expanding access to 2-day delivery
