Dr. Scott Goldman and I (Tiger Safarov) saw something broken—something so frustrating, inefficient, and costly that we couldn’t ignore it.

Every day, Scott dealt with the same painful reality in his practice: ordering supplies felt like navigating a maze. Multiple websites, endless phone calls, confusing prices, missing shipments, reps who vanished after the sale. It wasn’t just annoying—it was stealing time from patients, causing waste, and quietly bleeding money.

I wasn’t a dentist, but I listened. I visited hundreds of practices and saw the same pattern everywhere: smart people forced to manage inventory with sticky notes, Excel sheets, and gut guesses.

The internet had transformed every industry—but somehow, dentistry was stuck in 1999.

What started as a side project became our life’s work. Today, ZenOne helps hundreds of practices simplify ordering, control budgets, and stop overpaying for the basics. We’re privately owned, proudly bootstrapped, and laser-focused on supporting practices—not pleasing investors.

So we built ZenOne. Not because we wanted to start a company. But because we had to. We believed private practices deserved better—tools that work, pricing that’s fair, and a system that saves time without cutting corners.

And after a decade, we still can’t imagine doing anything else. Because every time a dentist tells us, “I finally have control over my supplies”—that’s why we built Zen.
